Salesforce Specialist

12-month initial contract – with extensions

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise to lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across the business.

Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will ensure Salesforce is leveraged as a strategic platform to drive sales, CRM, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales, Service, CRM, Experience, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Configure and develop in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP (e.g., Yardi, SAP S/4 HANA) and third-party applications.
• Oversee data migration, ETL processes, and data quality management.
• Manage roles, security, permissions, and compliance with InfoSec standards.
• Lead Salesforce projects, enhancements, and rollout initiatives across multiple business units.
• Mentor junior Salesforce administrators and developers, providing technical guidance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user workshops.

Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years in IT, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce implementation and support.
• Strong techno-functional skillset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, finance, and marketing automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange apps.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Developer) strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, facilities management, or property development sectors.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager, Onsite Snagging, SAP, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) and AI-driven CRM capabilities.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps for Salesforce.
