Salesforce Technical Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding complex business requirements, translating them into technical architectures, and guiding teams through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, converting them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Design comprehensive technical solutions, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development.
• Provide expert mentorship and guidance to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and performance optimisation.
• Oversee configuration and implementation of Salesforce components (custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to boost performance and user experience.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and industry trends, leveraging new features to drive innovation.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with proven success as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), System Architect, or Application Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Strong understanding of integration patterns and hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
• Experience with DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in data migration strategies and Salesforce data management.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire development teams.
