Senior Ruby Developer

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join a dynamic Fintech headquartered in Dubai. If you are a highly skilled and passionate developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Ruby, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Implement and maintain best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Solid understanding of Ruby language, Ruby on Rails framework, and associated tools.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and SQL.
