Zoho engineer/ IT support

Job Responsibilities:

• To maintain and protect IT equipment’s, accessories and software.
• Troubleshooting, Computer/machine/equipment/e-mail installation and maintenance, ZOHO installation and configuration, Zoho CRM dashboard building, 3rdparty Zoho integrations
• Creating reports to the MD tracking business progress and automating alerts for business critical units
• Support LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet systems and network segments.
• Supports the smooth running of the IT department, where all aspects of the overall request are delivered to the highest levels
• Works as part of a team to deliver a positive and timely response to company requirements
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that productivity and performance levels are attained.
