Chief Corporate Communications Marketing Officer

Our Client, a business that is expanding in the Banking space is looking to appoint a new Chief Corporate Communications Marketing Officer to join their leadership team. The Chief Corporate Communications Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and ultimately increase revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support and motivation
• Develop and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email and offline marketing
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, media outlets, and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitors, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and use data to inform future strategies
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure consistent branding, messaging and customer experience across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually improve marketing strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with Head of Monetization to develop sponsor and advertiser activations

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to make an impact and improvements to the current strategy
• Arabic and English speaker a must
• Good knowledge of digital space with an understand of the Media world.
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Extraordinary attention to detail
