Director of Business Development (Higher Learning Institution)

My Client, a prestigious top tier higher learning institution is looking for a stellar and highly motivated sales leader to come onboard as their Director of Business Development, Student Recruitment & Experience.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, this candidate will play an integral role in managing the revenue for a couple of departments mainly within Under & Postgraduate program, customer success & experience and sales operations.

You will be responsible for –

Sales KPIs, coming up with go-to-market strategies, developing sales promotional activity for student recruitment proposes, driving strategies and tactical plans for the achievement of the student recruitment target and revenue target.

To be successful in this role, you will –

Have strong 3-5 years of leadership qualities and a proven track record in developing strategies to achieve targets as well as revenue driven individual. At least 10 years of working experience within Digital Sales with demonstration of high level budgeting skills and return on marketing investment analysis.
