This is a business-critical role and they are looking for a candidate with exceptional leadership and strong business acumen to drive the vision for their clients and businesses. In this highly strategic role, you will be setting business KPIs, manage the team’s day to day running of the business through competitive analysis, insights generation, campaign ideation, proposal writing, postmortem reporting, vendor sourcing and project management.

What does your day to day look like?

Project Management:

  • Quality briefings are critical to ensure the internal agency produces the highest quality of outputs on briefs.
  • Work closely with clients and project leads to understand budgets, deliverables and timelines and manage implementation plans.

Strategy & Ideation skills:

  • Own & develop innovative strategies, creative ideations and amplification of campaigns to generate revenue for the company.
  • Understand the client’s brand challenges and objectives to be able to develop value add campaigns.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with Business Intelligence to support the sales team.

Stakeholder Management

  • Lead senior level client meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to sell ideas, concepts and work streams.
  • Oversee the account workflow effectively.

Leadership

  • Mentor the team to maximize each individual growth.
  • Guide the team in delivering exceptional work for clients.
