Media Sales Executive

Join our client’s dynamic team as a Media Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur! They are Malaysia’s leading media and entertainment powerhouse, looking for a passionate, driven individual to help them grow revenue and manage key client accounts. If you have a knack for media sales and a proven track record in hitting sales targets, this could be the perfect role for you!

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales or a related field.
• Strong background in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling skills.
• Experience with digital media, advertising solutions, and campaign management.
• A positive attitude, perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset.

What you will do:

• Manage and grow revenue from existing clients across various industries, including FMCG, telco, and more.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Create and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients.
• Oversee the execution of media campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review campaign performance and explore new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend client events and industry functions to represent client and build professional networks.
