R&D Manager – Cementitious Products

Are you passionate about innovation and sustainability in the construction materials industry? Our client seeks an R&D Manager to drive product development, optimize formulations, and enhance sustainability in their cementitious products segment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead product development & formulation optimization for grouting, plasters, skim coats, and waterproofing products.
• Conduct sustainability & raw material research to improve product efficiency.
• Manage daily technical tasks – lab-based and applied R&D skills are key.
• Drive innovation & digitalization, pushing boundaries in cementitious solutions.
• Reformulate existing products to improve sustainability, workability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support both direct and indirect customer needs, providing technical expertise.
• Ensure deep technical knowledge in cementitious raw materials & liquid chemistry.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong English proficiency
• Expertise in cementitious products, including formulation and application.
• Deep understanding of cement testing, raw materials, and industry regulations.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
