The quote above resonates so well with the values and culture my client, a full-service marketing agency drives. My client, an agency headquartered in Australia is looking to expand into Malaysia and set up a Centre of Excellence as part of their business growth plans in 2024.

We are looking to kick start the Centre of Excellence by hiring a couple of key hires which would include a Fullstack Developer (Mid-level). Seize the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who bring with them diverse skills and experience.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a digital, creative or advertising agency in a technical role, working on a variety of digital engagements

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Advisory & Technical Strategy: Guide clients on technology strategies, collaborate on new products, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee internal and external development teams, ensuring successful project delivery and mitigating risks.
• Problem-Solving & Mentorship: Tackle technical challenges and mentor junior team members, fostering best practices.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• CMS & Social Media Expertise: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and social media integrations is a plus.
• Key Technologies Needed: Experienced in creating dynamic landing pages, EDMs, websites, and HTML banners using JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React, WordPress as well as GSAP for advanced web animations and WebGL integration.”
• Business Acumen and passion for technology is crucial
