Take complete ownership of our client’s IT infrastructure, managing LAN/WAN, network, and system infrastructure. Oversee service desk management, lead major projects like building new data centers, and handle budgeting with sound justification.

IT MANAGER (Base In Philippines)

• Complete ownership and accountability of the LAN, WAN, and associated hand-off areas.
• Good technical Network Infrastructure from desktop to CISCO Layer 2 switching to Server farm switching to Layer 3 Collapsed Core switching to FORTINET Firewall to Layer 2 boundary switching to ISP hand-off to ISP circuitry (international data transport)
• System Infrastructure from DELL servers’ bare metal to hypervisor to vCenter to Virtual Machines.
• Service Desk Management including Asset and end user compute.
• Project Management including building new Data Centre from scratch.
• A good understanding of operational flow and automate when feasible.
• Budgeting with sound justification (Head Count, CAPEX, OPEX, software Purchase and all LAN asset MA renewal)

Candidate Profile:

• A Hands-on Technical Manager.
• An Excellent Team Player among peers, counterparts, and direct reports
• Strong background and interests in a wide variety of technologies.
• Learn-and-Apply swiftly.
• Detailed, Decisive, Tactical and Strategic.
• Troubleshooting, Configuration, Installation and ethical hacking when required and approved by management, and in consultation with security team.
• Strong ability to coach direct reports. Logical thinking, Critical thinking and Lateral thinking.

Technical Skill Set:

• Windows (On-Premises Domain Controller, Domain Policies, Configuration, File Servers, Exchange 2016, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DHCP, Win 7, 10 & 11).
• CISCO Network (Traditional & SDWAN) Collapsed Core, L3 switching and Voice Switching, UPS, WIFI and CCTV
• Fortinet Firewall (2, 4, 6 & 1100 series) and FortiAnalyzer (from Hardware to HA to configuration)
• ·VMware v6, 6.5, 7 & 8, DELL EMC Servers PowerEdge R series (from Hardware to ESXI Hypervisor to vCenter and VMs)
• ·Symantec Server, Third Party Security Tools, Monitoring servers, Notification Systems, Logging Systems, NAS backup systems and miscellaneous subsystem
