Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Makati, Philippines

As leader, you will oversee business, people, technology, and procedural aspects.

• Manage one mini-Data Center and three server rooms.
• Implement IT governance policies and decisions.
• Manage assets (2,000-2,800 devices) and seven Microsoft 365 Tenants.
• Handle cloud subscriptions and production for Forticloud, Google GCP, AWS, AliCloud, etc.
• Ensure security and privacy in collaboration with outsourced SOC.
• Conduct capacity and sustainability planning.
• Perform audit trail checking and investigation.
• Design and implement IP addressing schemes and commercial VPNs/open-source proxy systems.
• Harden cloud and on-prem devices or VMs.
• Create and peruse policies and generate monthly global reports.
• Strong technical background and interest in a variety of technologies.
• Ability to swiftly learn and apply new knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop talent, including locals and expats.
• Manage and oversee seven M365 tenants and associated IT infrastructure.
• Full ownership of LAN, WAN, and related hand-off areas.
• Lead and manage organic and new IT projects from feasibility to production/migration.
• Oversee Service Desk Management, including asset and end-user computing.
• Budgeting and financial justification for headcount, CAPEX, OPEX, software purchases, and LAN asset maintenance renewals.

Technical Skill Set:

• Experience with traditional and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Azure AD, Online Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other SaaS.
• Expertise in Windows (on-premises Domain Controller, domain policies, configuration, file servers, NAS, SAN, Windows 7, 10, & 11).
• Knowledge of CISCO Network
• Knowledge in Fortinet Firewall and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience with VMware (v6, 6.5, 7 & 8), DELL EMC Servers PowerEdge R series.
