Sr. Cloud Network Engineer

Our client, one of the leading Online Digital Marketplace in APAC is looking for a Sr. Cloud Network Engineer. This hybrid role combines networking and cloud expertise, with a strong focus on DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform), and automation. The position involves close collaboration with teams across network, cloud, and software development, primarily based in Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud network setups (e.g., VPNs, BGP) and integrate them with AWS or Azure platforms.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement IaC with tools like Terraform.
• Automate cloud infrastructure and testing.
• Optimize network traffic and infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., AWS, Arista) and internal cross-functional teams.
• Flexibly handle timezone overlaps to align with Melbourne-based teams.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in automation and IaC tools (Terraform preferred).
• Expertise with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience with cloud automation/testing.
• Knowledge of on-premise networking technologies such as BGP and VPNs.
