Sr QA Tester (full remote)

If you would like to be part of a global QA Tester team supporting international clients and to work remotely at the same time, look no further! I’m working with an international software house company looking to build their APAC Tech Hub right here in Malaysia. We are looking for a Manual Tester who are open to transition to be an Automation Tester in the following year.

Your role as a Sr QA Tester is to collaborate with development and product teams to understand the product requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality. You will also perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify defects and ensure the quality of the solution. Due to the nature of the setup where you are a senior member of the team and are working remotely at the same time, you would be expected to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Ideal candidate must have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in manual testing, with basic proficiency in automation skill. Candidate must have a good communication skill in English & Cantonese as you will be supporting Hong Kong clients. Familiarity with programming language such as Javascript, Python, or Typescript is a huge advantage.
