Technical Director (Fullstack/PHP)

A leading digital agency in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Director with strong expertise in client and stakeholder engagement, project management, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications

At least eight years of experience in a digital, creative or advertising agency in a technical role, working on a variety of digital engagements

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Advisory & Technical Strategy: Guide clients on technology strategies, collaborate on new products, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee internal and external development teams, ensuring successful project delivery and mitigating risks.
• Problem-Solving & Mentorship: Tackle technical challenges and mentor junior team members, fostering best practices.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• CMS & Social Media Expertise: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and social media integrations is a plus.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and manage teams, conduct performance reviews, and promote innovation in technology and design.
• Key Technologies Needed: PHP , Javascript, WordPress.
• Business Acumen is crucial
