UX researcher

You will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviours, motivations, and needs through various research methodologies. Your insights will guide the design and development teams in creating user-centric products and experiences in desktop, mobile & augmented reality, including multi-touchpoint services.

Formal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of research methodologies and their impact on product development.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in conducting various types of research, including usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, and more.
• Familiarity with tools such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Analytical mindset, capable of translating research data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying user needs and improving user experiences.
