Senior HR Manager – People Development & Change Management

About the Company

Our client, in the music sector, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of International HR. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent growth, and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external HR operational service providers.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Germany.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decision-making.
  • Assess training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Bridge the gap between the EU and APAC regions by leading cultural initiatives, managing change, and driving people development.

Project Scope

  • Focus: Culture leadership, change management, people development, hiring, multinational corporate experience, performance management.

Key Objectives:

  • Build a cohesive and unified culture across the EU and APAC regions.
  • Effectively manage organizational change, particularly related to cultural differences and new initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Recruit and onboard top talent in both regions.
  • Leverage multinational corporate experience to drive global HR best practices.
  • Establish a robust performance management framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, hiring etc.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and German employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives and achieve results.
  • Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
