As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent growth, and overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage relationships with external HR operational service providers.
Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Germany.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decision-making.
Assess training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.
Bridge the gap between the EU and APAC regions by leading cultural initiatives, managing change, and driving people development.
