You will lead a workforce analytics and HRIS team and together you own the digital competence of the entire HR organization around the world
You own global workforce analytics and provide quantitative insights to support in business decision-making to drive the adoption of conclusions across the organization
You leverage data-driven storytelling through detailed analysis and data visualization which seeks to optimize the workforce to support business goals
You infuse all processes, tools and technology with digital best-practice, raising the bar of our technical architecture on-time and on-budget
You enable the democratization of data through leader-led coaching and training and you establish data governance to increase transparency and autonomy of data
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
You possess a high level of expertise in technical knowledge on emerging and innovative insights and analytics techniques, tools /platforms and are keen to try new ideas
You are obsessed with data, are digitally savvy and adopt a solution driven mindset
You have a passion for people, build strong relationships and know how to build high-performing teams
You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the data insights and analytics field
You have a minimum of BSc education with a focus on data/ financial analytical skills – ideally in IT or economics
Knowledge in data analysis, modelling, data visualization, user-centric thinking, and outstanding excel & PowerPoint skills
