CRM Marketeer

Salt has partnered with a Lifestyle Fashion Brand specialized in Eyewear, who is looking for an expert CRM Marketeer to push the growth of the brand in the digital world.

Responsibilities

• In this role you’ll be responsible for increasing customer retention and engagement by the key concepts “right message”, “right time”, “right place”.
• Launch new campaigns through email based on the marketing calendar.
• Take over transactional emails and work on the improvement of the NPS and other customer feedback initiatives.
• Investigate and understand the key drivers of CLV and use the insights on increasing it/Respond to changing trends and developments in CRM and email marketing.
• You’ll report to the Customer Growth Manager and work closely with the digital and creative teams.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor’s degree or sufficient practical experience in a relevant CRM role.
• Have 3 years of relevant online marketing experience, preferably in an omnichannel retail operation or at a pure player.
• Know your tools and know-how to use them accurately, especially ESP/marketing automation tools (experience with Simon Data / SendGrid is a plus).
• Have a proven track record in / strong experience with email marketing.
• Have an excellent command of English.
