Credit Control

A full time Credit Controller position is available in a big reputable global brand in the construction sector. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, has excellent communication skills, is dedicated to the task and a team player! This role is to start immediately and for up to 2 months.

What tasks will you be doing?

• Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism whilst promoting a positive customer service experience.
• Collecting payments for outstanding purchases.
• Monitoring outstanding files and creating reports.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, systems, standards and reporting requirements.
• Communicating effectively through both written correspondence and over the phone and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all claims related files and records are accurately maintained.

For this Credit Control position, you will have:

• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in credit control.
• Experience with MS Office Suite knowledge and have used other financial systems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Great attention to detail, resilience and show initiative.
