Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator, ready to jump into busy TEMP roles immediately?

We have a number of clients looking for experienced payroll administrators to provide temporary support to their busy teams.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in processing payroll with larger organisations (150+ employees), have good systems knowledge as well as be familiar with the NZ Employment legislation (including the Holidays Act).

You will be a great fit for with our clients teams if you in addition possess a genuine customer service mindset, work well under tight deadlines, have a high level of efficiency and accuracy and pride yourself in being a great team player!

What you can expect to be doing;

* Processing high volumes of payroll in accordance with company and IRD requirements

* Processing leave payments in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003

* Providing professional and confidential support to the business with all payroll matters and queries

* Managing ACC payments, reimbursements and levies

* Administering and maintaining tax records, superannuation and other payroll data

* Managing reports accuracy and timeliness
