GBL – Part of the Salt Group (Salt Search NZ Ltd.) has an opportunity for an experienced AOG Compliance and Recruitment Specialist to join New Zealand’s recruitment team in Wellington. Reporting to Business Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing all compliance requirements related to the AOG Contract. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing, candidates ensuring they are work-ready for AOG placements.
Responsibilities
· Ensure all AOG documentation is aligned with the requirements of the AOG agreement with the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
· Liaising with clients and candidates concerning TSO requirements – handling queries and resolving issues.
· Being the subject matter expert for all TSO and AOG agreements across all specializations.
· Working alongside the finance team to provide quarterly reports to AOG.
· Talent Sourcing through a range of job boards, social media, and networking.
· Assessing candidates, screening, interviewing, checking compliance ensuring candidates are market-ready.
· Conducting all necessary compliance like MOJ (Ministry of Justice check), references, eligibility to work, and credit checks when required.
· Relationship building with candidates – providing consultants with market-ready candidates.
· Managing and monitoring candidate availability regularly.
· Collaborate with our team to understand hiring needs and create attraction strategies in line with client requirements.
· Writing process improvement documentation.
· Conduct audits of candidate placements and AOG compliance.
· Subject matter expert and trainer of in-house CRM Salesforce system.
What you’ll need
· Minimum 2 years’ experience within a recruitment agency handling compliance and client relationships.
· Previous experience working within the AOG Panel of suppliers and understanding day-to-day compliance requirements within AOG.
· A Bachelors or Graduate degree in Management is essential.
· Curious by nature and with an affinity for ongoing self-development within the world of recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Team player who is values-driven, with superb communication skills.
· Energised by multitasking and working to deadlines.
· Expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and bringing candidates to market.
· Experience working within customer-centric positions ideally within agency.
