This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work for this significant player in the logistics/freight industry. It is an operationally focused business, with a nice blend of digital and “corporate” workforce. Due to parental leave, we are looking for someone to fulfil her role until June 2013. Ideally, we would like the person to start ASAP but there is flexibility with this.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a “hands on” Business Partner position with various priorities from ER, leadership capability, engagement, performance development, policies, and processes to name a few. It will be up to you to provide expert quality advice to your internal customers on human resource management by working alongside the HR team, Line Managers and Senior leadership. Team fit is important – although you will have your own portfolios the team work closely together and share projects.

The role offers a wonderful exposure to all aspects of HR. You will receive an excellent salary and be part of an organisation that can offer flexible working arrangements and a wider HR team that is supportive, and results driven.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a minimum of four year’s experience in a generalist HR related role. We are seeking someone with solid ER experience who has ideally had exposure to working with Unions. Of vital importance is your strong ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders, build strong relationships and be adaptable.
