We’re looking for a committed and passionate Candidate Manager to join our thriving agency. Predominantly supporting our high-performing Temp Team, who thrive on collaboration and results. They do this successfully and seamlessly daily, so this role will be playing an integral part in the smooth running of everything behind the scenes, all while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. This role will be yours to own and can grow should the want be there!

What You’ll Do:

  • In-depth phone screening
  • Coordinate and conduct face to face interviews
  • Database management (you will be very detail orientated)
  • Email management (including supporting with consultants emails when required)
  • Write compelling job advertisements
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Management of candidate calls
  • Provide ongoing support to our recruitment consultants (including supporting with filling of roles etc)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Innate ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly – multi-tasking and you will go hand in hand
  • Confident communicator; can pick up the phone confidently, clear communication skills on all fronts, including email
  • A genuine passion for the recruitment industry and helping candidates succeed – people-centricity is key
  • Recruitment experience advantageous (you may have been a consultant and not wanting the sales side OR wanting a busy admin role that’s multi-faceted)
  • Quick to learn new systems and open to process improvement
