We are looking for a professional and experienced Corporate Receptionist to support our client on a temporary basis. Based in the heart of Auckland CBD, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-respected brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms
  • Booking flights, accommodation and rental cars
  • Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Administration support

A bit about you:

  • Corporate receptionist experience is a must!
  • Professional communicator, both verbally and written
  • Punctual, reliable and a great attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer and administration skills
  • Available immediately
