Corporate Receptionist

Based in modern, beautiful offices in accessible Newmarket, our client is a leader in their field of the energy industry. They are looking for a confident, professional and warm Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, covering annual leave
YOUR ROLE:
- Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
- Answering phones
- Supporting with courier drop offs
- Supporting with general staff queries when they arise
- Ad-hoc admin support
- ASAP starting for 1 month
WHO AM I?
- Prior experience in a busy Corporate Receptionist role – must be able to demonstrate working at pace
- Positive energy and attitude
- A quick learner who can demonstrate initiative
- Ability to multi-task at all times
- Technical proficiency (confident on MS Office suite)
