Medical Typist – Temporary Assignment

HR & Business Operations

  • Temporary Medical Typist/Secretary for specialist medical clinic based in Thorndon.
  • The role is covering leave during July and August -commitment to this whole period is crucial.
  • Four days per week – Monday – Thursday.

About the role:

Supporting the surgeons with all medical digital dictation – including consultation and operation notes. You will also be typing invoices and all associated correspondence.

Back up Reception duties, providing high level patient care, making appointments, processing referrals and managing reception in-box.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, so wanting someone that is happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed to ensure the clinic runs smoothly for the surgeons and the patients.
