You will be working with an experienced team, supporting all things HR administration. You’ll have a natural eye for detail, thrive on multi-tasking and enjoying looking at data. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Supporting with remuneration reviews (all administration around these, including reporting via Excel)
  • Generate required documentation (ie: long service leave letters etc) and sending to relevant stakeholders
  • Managing the inbox, supporting with queries and ensuring everyone is responded to in a timely manner
  • Ensure all new employees onboarding paperwork is sent to payroll prior to start date
  • Generate accurate employment agreements when required (and any other employment documents) to support the recruitment team
  • Assisting the wider team with recruitment support or any project-related tasks
  • You will have worked in a fast-paced environment, have a natural ability to learn new systems, a keen administrator (eye for detail is key!) who enjoys liaising with a range of stakeholders
