Silverdale Temporary / Up To 3 Months

You will be part of a high-performing team working within this fantastic organisation who are passionate about transforming New Zealand for the better. It is a very busy role, where no two days are the same – it is crucial that you can confidently and competently carry out all tasks, and in addition, you will have excellent communication skills and love to work at pace!

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Handling customer enquiries and sending notifications through emails
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Coordinating relevant customer documentation & updating customer records
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration

WHAT WILL YOU BRING:

  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritization skills
  • Strong computer skills with a high degree of accuracy and literacy.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Having existing experience in Sebel is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NOT precious and happy to muck in – a great attitude is key!
  • Can start immediately & commit for up to 3 months
