The company

Our client is a busy 4 doctor specialist practice, who pride themselves on taking the time to provide personalised care to meet their patient’s specific requirements and concerns. They now have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced receptionist with a warm empathetic personality to join their supportive reception team.

What you will be doing?

The role offers great variety that you will never be bored! You will be busy multitasking for your assigned doctor- greeting their patients, ensuring their surgery is prepared and multi-tasking with the friendly receptionist team with other tasks as required. Your duties will include:

· Meeting and greeting patients

· Answering phones, managing queries, and scheduling appointments

· Following up with patients with relevant information and information packages

· Preparing the surgical lists

· Ordering medical supplies as required

· Other administrative tasks as required

· Able to be pro-active and flexible

· A team player with a strong service ethic

· Able to multitask and unflappable under pressure
