WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Diary Management, travel bookings & expenses coordination
  • Minute taking & board presentations as required by the team.
  • Being the face of the Marketing & CX team meeting & greeting clients and visitors & providing top-notch hospitality.
  • Lead internal team communications.
  • Adhoc administration duties

WHO AM I?

  • Exceptional organisational skills and prioritization skills
  • High standard of personal work ethic – self-starter
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, 365 and OneDrive
  • MUST BE available immediately and can commit up to 3 months.
