About the Role

This role sits within the Service Delivery space.

You will be working closely with two HoDs and will be the “go to” person for the team.

Will be proactive in finding solutions so can support delivering successful outcomes for the team.

Day to day tasks will look like:

· Managing diaries and in-boxes

· Liaising with external & internal stakeholders

· Provide financial & business process support

· Schedule & coordinate meetings

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Agile, can work in a change environment
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent engagement & relationship building skills
  • Professional and resilient
  • Sound judgement
