We are working with a professional, family-owned surgical & cosmetic clinic with over 20 years of experience in the business.

They are seeking a Practice Manager in Wellington to take over the reins. The current Practice Manager is going on parental leave next year and will return to a different role so this is a permanent role where the work you do will be valued, and you will be an integral part of the team.

About the role:

The role is full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday. There is some wiggle room on start and finish times.

You will report to the two Directors, and be the go-to person for everything and everybody!

As well as the financial reporting and liaising with the external Accountant you will be doing data analysis, marketing and people management so financial, HR and administrative functions.

In short, you will cover the day-to-day operations for the smooth running of the Clinic.

There really is a lot of variety for the right person.

  • Ensuring medical & health & safety protocols are followed
  • Budget management

  • Proven experience in a similar role – medical experience ideal but not essential

  • Excellent judgement, know when to escalate

  • Strong team player and proven ability to lead and work well within a team
