This is an exciting short-term temporary opportunity for an experienced receptionist in the CBD! You will be a people-centric professional who is confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, the role of receptionist is a vital one in this environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • You will be the first point of contact for the organisation managing the front reception desk
  • Managing incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence combined with a great attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven previous reception experience in a corporate environment is ideal!
  • Available from 28th January up until 14th February – MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT FOR THE ENTIRE ASSIGNMENT
