Recruitment Consultant

We have a fabulous opportunity to create a career as a Recruitment Consultant working in the dynamic space that is Temporary Recruitment. You will be part of a team of 4 that includes a Practice Lead, Principal Consultant and Talent Finder. This team works hard, supports one another with each other’s clients/candidates and reaps the rewards that come with the success this team has. As part of our career pathway, you will immerse yourself into everything that is recruitment. You will be supported by the Practice Lead (she rocks and legend in her own right) and the wider Auckland Salt team (more than 275 years of experience between the team). This will allow you to screen and interview candidates, provide support to existing clients and the opportunity to move towards developing relationships with new clients (this is the exciting part).
