Our client, a New Zealand Crown entity, has an opportunity for a experienced administrator with great skills, an eye for detail and a fantastic approach to dealing with customers! This is a temporary assignment and will be through to mid March 2023.
The role involves support tasks at varying levels so you will need to be willing and keen to take on a wide range of administration work across the team. The primary function of this role is to ensure quality and accuracy in all functions of this busy regulatory services team, including:
Answering queries/phone calls & dealing with members of the public
Creating records & managing high volumes of information
Completing licensing applications & preparing written responses

This role would ideally be suited to a self managing person, someone with an analytical approach who is able to engage effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships and problem solve.
Ideally you will have:
Administration experience within a legal, regulatory or compliance environment.
Strong MS Office skills (essential)
An understanding of legal/compliance functions
