The role

Your role will be critical in providing support to the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of all studies. Responsible for accurate data entry, data query resolution, liaising with the monitor, resolving monitoring queries and maintaining trial supplies, you will pride yourself in your ability to work autonomously whilst delivering results within required timeframes, under the guidance of a lead study coordinator.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for organising patient appointments, undertaking participant visits (where appropriate), assisting with recruitment, participant visit kit preparation, labelling, ordering and destruction. A multi-faceted role with an incredible team, all values driven to deliver organisation outcomes.

About you

  • A related tertiary qualification (BSc or higher qualification, or other health related qualification, ie: Pharmacy, Nursing)
  • Previous experience working in a research or administrative role
  • Can demonstrate emotional maturity working in a sensitive environment, along with ability to demonstrate critical thinking
  • Clinical background experience (knowledge around clinical terms)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated whilst ensuring deadlines are met
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passionate about medical and science advancement
