Sales Coordinator
HR & Business Operations

WHAT WILL MY ROLE LOOK LIKE?
- Invoice new & used vehicles and process whole-goods deals into the system
- Process credit notes for customers.
- Liaise with Sales & Logistics teams in relation to current sales & delivery to customers
- Weekly reporting of whole-goods sales and deals in pipeline
- Manage Customer credit application
- Assist with Accounts Receivable queries
- Receipt vehicle stock into to the system
- Liaise with Freight suppliers
WHO AM I?
- You will be system savvy (bonus to have Excel proficiency, including VLookups and pivot tables) and pride yourself in your ability to learn new processes and systems swiftly
- Immediately available and can commit for 6 months
- Have worked in a sales support/finance admin role, with a natural meticulous eye for detail
- A clear communicator on all fronts, able to deal with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders
