WHAT WILL MY ROLE LOOK LIKE?

  • Invoice new & used vehicles and process whole-goods deals into the system
  • Process credit notes for customers.
  • Liaise with Sales & Logistics teams in relation to current sales & delivery to customers
  • Weekly reporting of whole-goods sales and deals in pipeline
  • Manage Customer credit application
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable queries
  • Receipt vehicle stock into to the system
  • Liaise with Freight suppliers

WHO AM I?

  • You will be system savvy (bonus to have Excel proficiency, including VLookups and pivot tables) and pride yourself in your ability to learn new processes and systems swiftly
  • Immediately available and can commit for 6 months
  • Have worked in a sales support/finance admin role, with a natural meticulous eye for detail
  • A clear communicator on all fronts, able to deal with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders
