Auckland Temporary / 6 months

We are looking for a scheduler to join a well-known, global company to support their busy engineers in the air conditioning systems, services and solutions industry. The company has been around for over 100 years and is continuing to grow rapidly.

What tasks will you be doing?

Sole responsibility for scheduling new jobs and maintenance jobs

Job allocation to technicians – consistent follow up on all jobs and updating internal team

Liaising with the service team about parts needed

Creating service reports

Who are you?

Tech savvy (ability to use multiple systems at once)

Confident communicator (managing team of 7 engineers)

Naturally organised and can thrive working at pace

Advantageous if you have previous experience as a scheduler/dispatcher
