We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist for a fixed-term contract of 6 months (possibly longer) to be an integral part of this change management program. This contract role is based in Penrose for a leading organisation that supports the DHBs throughout the Northern Region.
You will report to the Change Management lead where you will plan, prepare, implement and evaluate end-user training. This project is centred around the implementation of an Oracle Solution and Health System Catalogue and you will be responsible for:
· Development of training material alongside the training team
· Set up and implement training schedules
· Implement and maintain a training attendance tracking tool
· Deliver training to end to end-users and support team of trainers
· Support communication and engagement plans and activities
YOUR BACKGROUND
You are an experienced Trainer/Facilitator with strong IT and ERP systems knowledge (Oracle would be an advantage). You have a depth of experience around adult learning principles and workplace learning. You have an excellent understanding of documentation, training tools, methods and standards.
