Your role is to inspire the team to success yet being prepared to get right into the mahi when needed. You will help sustain the speed of business-to-business sales turnover which is a key driver of success.

This is a senior position inspiring and leading a team of 10, with 2 direct reports. The branch is in great shape, with a key measure of profitability being achieved consistently over the last five years and set to continue.

To be successful, you will not only have experience working in an operational environment with a sales focus, but you’ll be also able to demonstrate how you sustained a positive team spirit, enabling success to delivering profitability.
