Business Development Manager
Are you a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a passion for MSP? Do you thrive on hunting for new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our clients high achieving team in Auckland. This role will see you out on the road, engaging with potential clients and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve agreed growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
· Cold Calling: Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads.
· New Business Opportunities: Hunting for new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
· Sales Targets: Highly motivated to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
· Client Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
· Market Analysis: Conduct effective market research and analysis to identify high-value clients.
Requirements:
· MSP Experience: Must have experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
· Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
· Customer Focus: Strong customer service delivery focus and excellent relationship-building skills.
· Analytical Skills: High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Self-Starter: Proactive by nature, with a positive attitude and tenacity to achieve results.
· Driver’s License: A current and valid NZ driver’s license.
