Due to growth (and a positive future ahead) our client has created a Senior Leadership position to cover the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty (a team of 95, in 3 Branches). This is no desk job! We need a hands-on leader who has run large teams and has proven experience in Operations, Sales, People, Strategy, Compliance, Safety and Customer Service.
You will wear many hats and need to have your finger on the pulse so you will have energy, drive and be a smart operator. You will report to the General Manager who has a wealth of industry knowledge and is very passionate about the business and industry.

ABOUT YOU
You are strategic, entrepreneurial by nature and you possess a knack for engaging people and taking them on a journey. You are a hands-on Senior Leader who has a background that encompasses all aspects of a business from operations, sales, customer service, compliance etc. You have held either a Commercial Management role or similar. You like to solve problems by getting into the thick of it and understanding the people, operations and business. You may have worked in Transport or an Industrial business, but this is not a pre-requisite.
