Working with the tight-knit team of Retail Business Manager’s (4 across NZ) you will be joining a cracking team, all passionate about delivery and collaboration, including the manager who will be an incredible support (yes, the role is autonomous but some great framework to get you started!).
DAY TO DAY:
Develop strong retailer relationships & in turn grow member store numbers
Maintain call cycle / territory plan via CRM (yes, you’ll be a planner!)
Customer issue resolution
Business reviews including compliance adherence
Ensure customer records and sales reports are managed and accurate via CRM
All of the above (and more!) will be across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty region

Experienced manager to learn from and grow, along with a solid training base to get you up and running. Lots of support to ensure you are set up for success
Liquor industry experience highly advantageous and / or FMCG industry experience (at least 3 years)
Can demonstrate dealing with a wide range of stakeholders from small business owners to corporate – you can hold your own at all levels
You will pride yourself on your commercial acumen and ability to build relationships at tall levels to maximise sales – again, a very relationship driven sales model
