ABOUT THE ROLE:-
- You will be scheduling and planning advertising
- Working with media buyers, assistants and planners
- You’ll be securing airtime and booking clients activity
- Assisting sales team with planning schedules and campaign analysis
ABOUT YOU:-
- You’ll have a strong customer service ethos
- You are a strong and confident communicator – written and verbal
- High level of accuracy
- Technically savvy and capable of learning new systems to manage workflow and filing
- Ability to cope well under pressure and manage deadlines
- Comfortable with high volume workload
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to be diplomatic
- Ad hoc admin tasks to support team
