Sales Coordinator

You’ll be safety conscious as this is a work environment where there’s loads of wheels and some heavy equipment!

Importantly, you will be:

• Someone who can demonstrate high attention to detail
• A person with initiative as while there’s a routine and schedule in this business, the unpredictable is to be predicted!
• Super organised and robust with your admin skills
• Good with the numbers, a spreadsheet will be your friend
• A can-do person, able get stuck in to get things done
• A professional who takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Friendly and happy with a bit of banter from your colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Service – internal and external
• Financial – managing the sales transactions
• Accountable – keeping the books right
• Administration – a variety of office support duties
• Processing – transacting the sale
• Supporting the sales team and managing sales channels.
