Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant (FICO)

The Role:

The main objective of this role is, in principle, to provide functional expertise and support in the FICO module of SAP. This could be the perfect role for someone in a permanent position looking to break into contracting, with a good longevity and rate to match.

• Collaborate with the finance team to compile a risk position and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
• Assist in the migration process, considering brand changes and merger-related activities
• Work on BAU activities, including enhancements and maintenance of the SAP system; handling incidents and service requests related to finance and accounting business processes
• Analyze data problems and provide insights into accounting-related data; support financial controlling, internal orders, and integration points with external systems
• Evaluate the transition from SAP to a new system and provide recommendations

Requirements

• 5 years proven experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, specifically in the FICO module
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial controlling, internal orders, and asset management
• Proficiency in handling SAP integration points, such as Concur or other external systems

Duration: 1 year contract initially, with the likelihood of extension for up to 2 years

Start Date: ASAP
