Showroom Consultant

We have partnered with a three generation, highly successful family run flooring business who are looking for a new customer focused superstar to join their Albany showroom.

In this role you will collaborate with clients from the moment they walk in the showroom to the time they step foot on their new floors.

As a showroom-based customer consultant your day to day will include:

• Ensuring all customers are offered a warm welcome into the showroom
• Guiding customers as they explore the specific uses, features, colours, textures and benefits when choosing the perfect flooring to complement their needs and tastes
• Working closely with other team members such as quantifiers, who will ensure the correct measures and cuts are taken for you to produce quotes
• Completing the administration that ensures sales and orders are loaded, and process tracked delivery of products
• Be the main point of contact for the customer, staying in touch and managing the ‘project’ from start to finish

About you:

• A passion for exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Highly organised with great administration, time management and communication skills

• Works well under pressure, the busier the better!
• An interest in interior design would be a plus!
