Team Leader – Outbound Sales Contact Centre

This role is to support the Head of Inside Sales to drive high performance and growth from a Contact Centre sales team.

This Contact Centre is comprised of frontline outbound sales agents, whose important role is to reach out to generated leads, uncover the possibilities/qualify and make appointments for Business Development Managers. Your skills will prove invaluable as you work to analyse performance and optimise the efforts of your team based on your market knowledge and team leadership experience.

The successful candidate will:

• Drive, motivate and coach team members to meet KPI’s.
• Manage data and create exciting new campaigns across all channels.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews with your team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for all team members.
• Monitor, train and develop your team to deliver specific expertise to clients.
• Liaise with the field sales teams to ensure co-ordination of post meeting outcomes.
• Hit daily booked and meeting targets with quality opportunities.

You will have:

• A proven track record at leading an outbound sales contact centre team.
• An intelligent approach, be assertive with a confident personality and natural leadership qualities.
• Experience in interpreting data to strengthen outcomes.

You will able to demonstrate:

• Success in a similar role.
• Drive to improve highly measurable, daily (even hourly) performance goals and achieve KPI’s.
• Confidence, resilience, grit and the ability to encourage and motivate others at all times. Yet have the tough conversations when required.
• Excellent organisation, time-management skills, ambition and a results orientated approach.
