About the role: Tech Lead (Java, AWS, Serverless Architecture)

As a Tech Lead reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing & implementing significant portions of our client’s products, using Java & AWS & serverless architecture, be an active participant in the Agile process, work with DevOps and automated testing and spend the rest of your time mentoring the senior, intermediate and junior engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative working environment which includes 1:1’s and coaching.

Your Skills and Experience:

You will have demonstrated experience as:

Either a Senior Developer ready to make the next level OR a Lead OR an Architect along with hands on development experience with Java, AWS & Serverless architecture along with experience of mentoring/handling a team. (Important)

Exposure to Architecting and implementing serverless solutions using AWS & DevOps/CICD will be a plus along with testing based on TDD/BDD.
